By scheduling an appointment with Mireille, you agree to the terms below.
Health & Safety
Please do not book if you or anyone in your household is sick.
Locations
Sessions are offered in-home or in-office (Larchmont area).
Arrival $ Timing
In-office sessions: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Sessions end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals shorten your session;
15 minutes late = no-show (see Cancellations).
In-home sessions: I come to you — Please be ready at the scheduled time. Late starts shorten your session. If you are 15 minutes late or not present, see Cancellation & No-Shows for applicable fees.
Deposit & Payment
A $50- $100 holds your appointment; balance is due immediately after the session. No deposit is required for prepaid packages. Appointments scheduled after 9:00pm may incur a surcharge.
Cancellation & No-Shows
To cancel, email Mireille@WestPacificHealth.com or phone (310) 701-1311 (7a.m. - 8p.m daily).
Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment: no fee.
Cancel within 24 hours: the deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancel within 8 hours or do not show: the full service is due.
In-home sessions: If you arrive 15 minutes late or not present, the cancellation/no-show fees above apply.
Prepaid sessions (10% off).
Minimum 8 sessions, assigned to one client/service.
Must be used within 6 months of purchase.
After 6 months, unused sessions may be transferred to other services or refunded at 50% of remaining value.
Tips
Appreciated but not expected.
Draping & Conduct
Draping is required when a session involves undressing. Respectful behavior is mandatory. Sessions may be ended for any reason. inappropriate behavior will result in early termination and the full session fee.
