Policies

When you schedule an appointment with Mireille you agree to these terms.

 

Covid-19

Please refrain from making a reservation if you are under an isolation or quarantine order, or if you or a household member have fever, Covid-19 symptoms, or a communicable illness. Both your safety and mine is of paramount importance. We both will wear a face mask throughout the session. Hand washing is required before a session and access to a water station equipped with soap is mandatory.

Arrival

I set up at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start time of your session so we can begin on time. Appointment durations are fixed, and late arrivals will only be entitled to the remaining appointment time at a full-service rate. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time are treated as a no-show and will be charged accordingly (see cancellation terms below).

Reservation

A deposit of $50 to $100 is required to confirm a booked appointment and the balance is expected immediately after services are rendered. No deposit is required for sessions purchased in advance, however the cancellation policy will applies. There is a 4% additional charge for payments made with Discover or American Express.

A surcharge will apply to appointments scheduled after 9pm.

Cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled by email at Mireille@WestPacificHealth.com or by phone at (310) 701-1311 daily from 7am to 8pm. 

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours prior to start: No fee.

Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less prior to start: Deposit not refundable.

Appointments cancelled less than 8 hours prior to start or no show: Full amount for the scheduled service(s) will be charged.

 

Tips

Tips are greatly appreciated but are not expected.

Prepaid sessions (10% off).

All sessions purchased in advance must be used within 6 months from the purchase date. Beyond 6 months, unused sessions are transferable to other services or refunded at 50% of their value. Each package is for 5 sessions minimum and can only be assigned to one client. 

 

Draping is mandatory for all therapy sessions that require the client to be undressed. Improper behavior or comments are not permitted. I reserve the right to stop the session for any reason. I will explain the specific reasons why I stopped the session. If improper behavior or comment continue I will end the session early and you will be charged full price.
