Myosystem integrates precise manual therapy, myofascial techniques, and targeted corrective exercises. Most issues don't resolve with a single tool; this combined approach restores movement quality and decreases load on irritated tissues so pain can settle and function can return.
Living with pain is exhausting. It narrows what you do each day, disturb sleep, drains focus and mood, and slowly reduces confidence in your body. You are not "just getting older" —often there are mechanical, fascial, and neuromuscular factors we can change to return to a pain-free and happy life.
Myosystem is a hands-on approach that blend multiple manual techniques to address the connective tissue and underlying structures. During a session, additional methods may be incorporated, such as corrective exercises, assisted stretching, or breathing exercises. Clients are often given at-home exercises to help reinforce the work and support longer-lasting results.

Sessions are available in-home or at my office in the Larchmont area (90004). The initial session is typically 90 minutes to allow assessment and treatment.
