Addressing Pain from Multiple Angles

Living with pain is exhausting. It can limit what you do each day, disturb sleep, affect focus and mood, and gradually reduce confidence in your body. Pain is not always simply a consequence of "getting older." Mechanical, fascial, and neuromuscular factors may contribute to persistent symptoms, and addressing these factors can help improve movement, function, and quality of life.

Myosystem is primarily a hands-on approach that combines manual techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other soft-tissue techniques to release restrictions in the body. Based on the individual assessment and findings during the session, exercises, assisted stretching, breathing exercises, or other appropriate methods may be incorporated to complement the hands-on work, improve movement, and support longer-lasting results.
